Dr. Cao is the medical director of inpatient rehabilitation service line of PMR department in Johns Hopkins University . Before joining JHH, she served as an attending physician and a director of stroke rehabilitation programs at MossRehab/Jefferson Health.
Dr. Cao’s research focuses on improving quality of care and outcomes for patients who experienced stroke. She has collaborated with Dr. Raghavan in the research project of hyaluronidase in spasticity management. She is also licensed acupuncturist who is running acupuncture clinic for post stroke patients at Johns Hopkins.
