Moon Suk Bang MD, PhD is a professor of department of rehabilitation medicine at Seoul National University College of Medicine and president of National Traffic Injury rehabilitation Hospital, Korea. He is current chairman of 2020 Asian-Oceanian Congress of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Organizing Committee and chairperson of International Exchange Committee, International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine(ISPRM). He is elect-president of Korean Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine(KARM) and current president of Korean Society of Pediatric Rehabilitation and Developmental Medicine.
He is the former editor- in-chief of Annals of Rehabilitation Medicine, which is official journal of KARM. He is an editorial board member of American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
He served as a government official, president of Korea National Rehabilitation Center from 2011 to 2013.,
His main clinical practice and research are focused on spinal cord injury and pediatric rehabilitation including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and management of spasticity. Recent research interests are management of spasticity, robotic rehabilitation, and aging problems related to pediatric disability.
