Cancellation Policy: Although we prefer receiving cancellation and refund requests with ample notice, AAP will honor refund requests for any reason as long as they are submitted in writing before September 24, 2024. A processing fee of $50 will be applied to all refunds. Requests for refunds after September 24, 2024 will not be accepted. Please send all refund requests to jfossett@physiatry.org.
